About Our Company
M/s Dias-C Tools and Components is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Founded in the year 1989 and established in the year 1992 as a Proprietary Unit. We are located in Pune (Maharashtra), INDIA. Over the years, we have grown into a Partnership Firm with three semi-automated production units, employing nearly 30 employees. Our annual turnover is 15 crores. We are manufacturers and suppliers of all types of Press Tools, Plastic Injection Molds, Sheet Metal Components used in automobiles, electronic and electrical equipment like (Relays, Switches, Generators, Regulators, Air Conditioners, Electrical Resistors, Lead frames for diodes, Electric timer parts for refrigerators, Bulb Holders, etc.) We are specialist in manufacturing Stainless Steel spring washers of hardness 490 to 530 VPN. We are highly known for providing excellent quality High Precision Progressive Press Tools, Plastic Molds, Intricate Sheet Metal Components, Plastic Injection Molded Components and Plastic Insert Molded Components.
We have Customers all over India, all are in the field of automobile and electronic sectors. We have previously exported to Bahrain (UAE) also. Our efficient Tool Room facilities, Production machineries and a well experienced team have gained us an advantage of fulfilling Customer requirements with ease. Our mission is to satisfy the Customer by quick development of Sheet metal parts and Plastic Parts of superior quality. With continual improvement efforts of our team and timely upgradation to newer technologies we are able to mass produce complicated parts with ease.

- Dias-C Tools and Components has a well-equipped Tool Room facility with latest machineries as well as three production units highly capable of handling mass production of components as well as machining of parts.
With the aim of providing high quality Sheet Metal Stamped Parts and Plastic Molded Parts to Customers, we have heavily invested in design and tool room activities which is the back bone of our new product development. We have a dedicated tool room facility for manufacturing all kinds of Press Tools. Our Tool Room is equipped with latest machineries such as Milling Machine, Surface Grinder, Lathe, Drilling Machine, VMC, EDM Spark, EDM Drill, CNC Wire Cut, VMC, Turret Milling, Cylindrical Grinder, Tapping Machine, etc. We are self-sufficient when it comes to manufacturing of Tools. Complex parts with critical dimensions in tolerance of less than 0.01 mm are manufactured with ease, meeting all customer requirements. The T0 trials are as accurate as the final sample submission due to our expertise. The entire process from a new customer requirement to the sample component submission takes on an average of 15 to 20 days.
High Speed Precision Stamping:
A total of 14 Imported (Shing Tai, Bruderer, Chin Fong, etc.) and Indian High speed presses, with speed ranging from 60 SPM to 1200 SPM and 22 T to 60 T capacities and up to 2-ton capacity Hand presses, Mechanical toggle press and Pneumatic toggle press, makes our production units are highly efficient. Our production unit has an overall capacity of producing 1.4 million Components per day. Quality of our production is monitored with the help of Inspection equipment's like Rapid-I Video Measuring instrument, Mitutoyo Profile Projector, Digital Height Gauge, Micro Meters, Digital Vernier Calipers, etc. to achieve 100% zero-defect components. Raw materials like CRCA, Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel (hardness varying from 490 to 520 HV) and Phosphor Bronze with varied thickness of 0.15 mm to 3.5 mm is used for the production of components.
Horizontal Injection Molding and Insert Molding:
We offer solutions for manufacturing high quality and durable plastic molded parts as per Customer demand. We have All-Electric 50 Ton, Horizontal Injection Molding Machine (TOYO- Japan) and a Rotary Type Vertical Injection Molding (Staton Vertical clamping), 50 Ton capacity of TAPM-Taiwan. We are eager to expand our capabilities in this field to meet the ever-growing demand.
Our Major Achievements:
1989: Founded Dias-C Tools and Components as a Proprietary Unit in a small rented place
1992: Registered Dias-C Tools and Components as a small scale industry in Maharashtra
1994: Purchased 7000 sq. feet land with 2000 sq. feet built up shed in Talawade
1997: Started designing of press tools in-house
1998: Purchased CNC wire cut
2000: Demolished 50% of the shed and built a RCC building of 2500 sq. feet and also developed the Tool Room facilities
2003: ISO 9001 certification
2005: Awarded Best Sheet Metal Supplier by Mindarika Pvt. Ltd.
2006: Bought 9500 sq. feet of land from PCNTDA Industrial Area, Bhosari and constructed 5000 sq. feet of RCC structure. We also upgraded our Tool Room with higher versions of CNC wire cut, surface grinder, milling, etc. and installed more high speed presses.
2012: Proprietary Management was changed to Partnership Management where the partners are family members (father-son duo); Imported high speed Presses (Ching Fong, Shingtai)
2016: Imported VMC of YCM make, Makino CNC Wire EDM Model U6, High Speed Press 50 T (Shing Tai), Upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 QMS
2017: Imported Staton Vertical clamping vertical injection machine, Sparkonix EDM drill machine, Makino CNC Wire EDM model U3, High Speed Press 20 T (Bruderer)
2018: Bought 9500 sq. feet of land with RCC built up area of 8500 sq. ft. in PCNTDA Industrial Area, Bhosari and started a new unit under the name of M/s. DANIE TOOLS AND COMPONENTS. This unit is also a partnership firm with family members as partners.

About the Partners:
Mr. Stephenson Ammose Daniel
Mr. Stephenson passed out from K.T.T.F (Thiruvananthapuram) Kerala in the year 1983. He has an expertise of 36 years in different areas of engineering like electric switch manufacturing, pressure die casting, plastic injection moulding, connector manufacturing, automobile parts and auto electronic parts manufacturing, etc.
Mr. Jidson Stephenson Ammose
Mr. Jidson passed out in the year 2014 from NTTF (Murbad), Mumbai. At a very young age, he has successfully partnered the firm and is leading the firm to newer aspects of manufacturing technology. He is also the Head of Designing, where he and his team create innovative tool designs for complex components with maximum automation features to it.
